This page (together with the Privacy Policy and Investor Services Agreement referred to herein) explains the terms of use (“Terms”) of using the website and services (“Services”) provided by Strataegic.in. We are located at 3rd Floor, Ahura Mazda, Timaliyawad, Nanpura, Kharwawad, Nanpura, Surat, Gujarat 395001. If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the services.
Using Our Services
Strataegic is India’s most advanced and friendly investing service. Please don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t disrupt our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. If you interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of our Services, we may stop providing our Services to you and pursue legal action against you.
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights, including any branding or logos, in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain our permission first, and attribute ownership appropriately.
If you have provided us your contact details, such as email or phone number, we may send you announcements, messages or information on our Services and how to use them. You may opt out of some of these messages.
Your Privacy and Data Protection
Strataegic's Privacy Policy (available at: Privacy Policy ) explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that Strataegic can use such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Strataegic Intellectual Property
Strataegic owns all intellectual property rights in respect of the Services including any literature, reports, data, drawings, designs, diagrams, tables, software, source code or object code or other information or materials, howsoever stored or held, acquired, created, developed, designed or in any way prepared, by Strataegic.
The “Strataegic” name and logos and all related names, trademarks, service marks, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of Strataegic Advisors Private Limited.
You may not use the Strataegic logo in any manner that is deceptive or disparaging, or in connection with any product or service that Strataegic does not explicitly endorse.
Your Content in our Services
Some of our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, your information stays yours.
When you upload, submit, store, publish, send or receive content to or through our Services, such content must not:
- Be harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful or racially or ethnically objectionable, disparaging, and relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling.
- Harm minors in any way.
- Infringe any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights.
- Deceive or mislead the reader about the origin of such messages or communicate any information that is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
- Contain software viruses or any other programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of another computer or mobile device.
- Threaten the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order.
- Cause the incitement to commit any offence or prevent the investigation of any offence.
- Be insulting to any other nation.
- Impersonate another person.
Please also note that under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules framed thereunder, the above actions may be criminal in nature.
Your Strataegic Investment Account
You will need a Strataegic investment account in order to make investments, the operation of which, is additionally covered by the Investment Services Agreement ( available at: Services Agreement ). By initiating registration for the investment account you acknowledge your acceptance of the Investment Services Agreement.
Modifying and Terminating Our Services
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may stop a Service altogether. In each case, we will give you reasonable advance notice.
You can stop using our Services at any time. Strataegic may also stop providing Services to you, or create new limits to our Services at any time.
Warranties and Disclaimers
The information we provide through our Services does not constitute advice. Please seek independent financial advice when making investment decisions.
Other than as expressly set out in these Terms or the Investor Services Agreement, neither Strataegic nor its service partners make any specific promises about the Services. We don’t make any commitments about the content within the Services, the specific functions of the Services, or their availability to you at all times. We provide the Services “as is”.
Liability for Our Services
When permitted by law, Strataegic and its service partners will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses, or any damages.
In all cases, Strataegic and its service partners, will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
About these Terms
We may modify these Terms to reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. We will notify you of such changes. Changes will never apply retroactively and will be effective immediately on posting. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, please discontinue your use of the Service.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the terms of our Investor Services Agreement, the terms of the Investor Services Agreement will prevail for that conflict.
These Terms govern the relationship between Strataegic and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
If you do not comply with these Terms, and we do not take action immediately, it will not be construed as our consent to your non-compliance.
If any term contained in these Terms is unenforceable, it will not affect the other Terms.
You agree that the laws of India will apply to any dispute arising out of or in relation to these Terms or the Services.
All disputes will be subject, first, to mediation, and then by arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Strataegic in accordance with Indian law. The venue of arbitration will be Bangalore, Karnataka.

By using the website https://Strataegic.in and signing up for our services, ("Strataegic" or "Services"), or providing us your personal information for any other purpose, you agree to this Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use of Website and Services available at Terms of Use.
Strataegic's main goal is to provide features that benefit you directly. Information is only collected if it directly supports features made for you. We take the protection and proper use of your personal information seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information in our possession.
This policy will help you understand the types of information we collect from you, the purpose for which the information is collected; how the information is used; the intended recipients of such information; and how the information is protected. 1. Using Strataegic as a Visitor
If you are a first-time visitor to Strataegic:
- We don't know who you are.
- We collect technical data about your interaction with the Services. This is data we get from your use of our services. We collect data about your interaction with our website, such as pages visited and average time spent on the website, your internet protocol address, the unique identifier of your device and device information such as operating system, operating system version, browser plugins, crashes, system activity, hardware settings, date and time of your request and referral URL, and cookies that may uniquely identify your browser and mobile application.
- We use this data to analyse how you use our website and improve the services provided through the website;
2. Using Strataegic as a Registered User
If you have provided us your email address:
- You are a registered user of Strataegic.
- You may be asked to give us additional information such as your name or mobile number in order to use certain features of the Services.
- You have the choice to use your social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Google+ to login to Strataegic (“Social Login”). If you choose Social Login, Strataegic will have access to your name and email address only.
- We collect technical data about your interaction with the Services.
- We use all the collected data to:
- Respond to your queries about the Services;
- Deliver to you any notices, alerts, or communications relevant to your use of the Services;
- Offer you other products or services that we believe may be of interest to you. You have the option to opt-out of receiving such communication;
- Aggregate your anonymised information with information from other registered users to perform market research, project planning, product development, troubleshoot problems, analyse user behaviour, marketing purposes, and promotions;
- Enforce our Terms of Use of Website and Services;
3. How We Use Your Data
Your email address is used to send you updates regarding the Services. You can select what communication you'd like to receive from us by modifying your account settings after you login to your Strataegic account.
We may also use your information to verify your identity in the event you contact us for assistance with the site or services.
We use cloud-based software tools to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include, maintaining databases and servers, processing text messages, phone calls, chats and emails, and marketing and sales analytics. Please note that these providers are bound by the same standards of data security practices and procedures as we are under law and contract.
4. How We Use Technical Data
Strataegic uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to report on user interactions with our web-based services. These cookies store non-personally identifiable information.
Google Analytics aggregates technical data (non personally identifiable data relating to your usage of our website) with data collected from other Strataegic users. We use this information to identify the most popular areas of the Services and how to best present and customise them.
We may use the unique identifier of your device for security purposes to track suspicious activity. For instance, if we detect that your Strataegic is being accessed from multiple devices, we may contact you to ensure that you have authorised such access.
Under no circumstance will your email, password, any personal financial data be collected by or shared with Google Analytics.

5. Access Your Information
Your personal information is yours. Under Indian law, you have the right to ask us for a readable copy of all your personal information stored with us.

6. Disclosure of Information
Simply put, under no circumstance will we sell or rent your personal information to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
If, at any time, you choose to invest in mutual funds through Strataegic, you will be asked to open an investment account with Strataegic.com India Private Limited, a distributor of mutual funds registered with the Association of Mutual Funds of India (ARN-84967). At that time, your information will be shared with Strataegic.com India Private Limited. You will see this when certain fields on the investment account opening form are pre-filled based on information you have already provided us.
Just like any other financial services company, we use authorized third party service providers who are bound by the same standards of data security practices and procedures as we are under law and contract. They are subject to the same penalties as we are for the unauthorised disclosure of your personal information.
However, under Indian law, Strataegic remains liable to you, our customer, for any unauthorised disclosure of your sensitive personal information.
7. Security Practices and Procedures
Strataegic follows industry best practices, using open and known principles when transferring and storing your data.
We believe the biggest threat to the security and privacy of your data is if someone – probably someone you know – gains access to any of your devices. Remember to keep your password safe and secret to prevent unauthorised access to your Strataegic account.
If you think that the security of your Strataegic account has been compromised, change your password and contact us immediately for further assistance.
8. How Your Information is transmitted
Your data is transmitted between your device and our servers using HTTPS protocol for encryption. HTTPS is the same technology used to create secure connections for your web browser, and is indicated by a padlock icon in your browser.
9. Our Legal Obligation to You
We are bound by the (Indian) Information Technology Act, 2000, and comply with all its provisions (available here). Under Section 43A of the (Indian) Information Technology Act, 2000, Strataegic.com and all its service providers are obliged to maintain reasonable security procedures to safeguard your data. Should there be any accidental disclosure of your personally identifiable personal information, you have the right to compensation from Strataegic.
Under Regulation 5 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, we are obliged to provide every registered user of Strataegic with a readable copy of the personal information you have provided us. If you would like a copy, do get in touch with us at the address provided above.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is published on the website in compliance with Regulation 4 of the (Indian) Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011.
We update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes to this Privacy Policy. The date of last revision appears at the top and all changes take effect immediately upon posting.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy or any changes made to this Policy, please cease using all Services immediately and write to us at the address mentioned above.
Investment Services Agreement
A. I acknowledge that:
- I have applied for an investment account after understanding the nature and scope of services provided by Strataegic.in India Private Limited.
- This document is a legal contract between Strataegic and I in relation to the services. Clicking on the “I accept” checkbox is the legal equivalent of signing this Agreement.
- The operation of my investment account and the execution of instructions are subject to this Agreement, and the Offer Documents* of the respective Asset Management Company (“AMC”), Strataegic’s Privacy Policy, and Strataegic’s Terms of Use.
- My identity on the Services is authenticated by the use of my email address and password (collectively, “Login Credentials”). Strataegic will consider my investment instructions authenticated by my Login Credentials to have originated from me.
- I have the right to transact directly with the AMC even in respect of the investments made through Strataegic. I have this right even after the termination of this Agreement.
B. Consent
I hereby give my consent to Strataegic to contact me on issues relating to setup and operation of my investment account and to perform the following actions pursuant to my investment instructions:
- To communicate with AMCs and other authorized service providers on my behalf for financial or non-financial transactions executed under this Agreement.
- To verify my Aadhaar number and name against the Central Identities Data Repository maintained by Unique Identification Authority of India. My biometrics will not be stored or shared.
- To share my information with KRAs, AMCs and Strataegic’s service partners, for validation, to comply with legal and regulatory requirements and for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations under this agreement.
C. Under this Agreement, Strataegic will:
- Publish details of brokerage it receives from AMCs and authorized service providers as required under law.
- Verify my information in accordance with the KYC guidelines issued by SEBI from time to time.
- Facilitate subscription and redemption of mutual fund units by transmitting my money and instructions to the relevant AMC.
- Promptly and efficiently respond to my queries relating to my online investment account. To this end, Strataegic will record your phone calls and emails with our employees for legal compliance, security, employee training, and other lawful purposes.
D. Under this Agreement, my obligations are to:
- Provide accurate information and supporting documents to Strataegic for the creation and maintenance of my investment services account. I understand that if I provide false, inaccurate or incomplete information to Strataegic, Strataegic will not be able to provide me its Services.
- Ensure that the money I invest is from my bank account, is from legitimate sources, and is remitted through approved banking channels.
- Keep my Login Credentials safe and secret. Promptly change my Login Credentials and inform Strataegic of any actual or suspected unauthorised use of my Login Credentials.
- Make an informed investment decision by reading the Offer Documents* of the mutual fund schemes that I am investing in.
- Seek independent financial planning, legal, accounting, tax or other professional advice before investing or withdrawing.
E. I further acknowledge and agree to the following:
- My instructions will be processed the same day if received before the cut-off times specified by Strataegic. If not, they will be processed on the next business day. Strataegic may specify cut-off times earlier than the times specified by the AMC/SEBI.
- Strataegic will forward my instructions to the AMC electronically, and the AMC will process the transactions on the basis of such electronic instructions. AMCs are not obliged to accept my application for subscription to units of their mutual fund schemes in part or in full.
- My bank may charge me a fee for failing to maintain sufficient balance to make an investment from my bank account. Strataegic does not levy nor does it receive those charges.
- In case I violate this agreement, or any local or international laws, Strataegic may, at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate my investment account and/or prevent me from accessing the Services.
- Strataegic may modify these terms at any time by informing me. My continued use of the Services will imply my acceptance of the changes.
F. I will not dispute and/or hold Strataegic responsible for:
- Any act that is not an obligation of Strataegic in this Agreement.
- Any disclosures made by Strataegic to any statutory body under any law.
- Any loss, notional or otherwise, incurred because of
- Delays either at the Bank, Registrar and Transfer Agency or AMC.
- Rejection of my instructions by the Bank, Registrar and Transfer Agency or AMC.
- Processing of instructions authenticated by my Login Credentials.
- Non-availability or non-accessibility of the Website, electronic payment gateway, telephone(s), or office(s) of Strataegic for reasons including those beyond Strataegic's control.
- Any inaccuracy or typographical error on the Website or the mobile application or any written, E-mail & SMS communication. Strataegic specifically disclaims any liability for such inaccuracies or errors.
G. Indemnity
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Strataegic and its authorized service providers harmless from and against any and all losses, including legal fees, arising out of or relating to your failure to provide:
- True and accurate information to Strataegic or to update the information as required.
- Timely instructions to change or cancel your investments per the time period and information provided by Strataegic.
- Physical evidence of self-verified and scanned documents within 3 business days of request by Strataegic.
H. Limitation of Remedies
In no event will Strataegic or its authorized service partners or their respective officers, directors, or employees be liable for any action performed or omitted to be performed or for any errors of judgment in relation to my investment account.
Various features of the Services are offered or processed through authorized service providers. All authority granted to or limitations of liability of Strataegic shall include its representatives and those of its authorized service providers.
I. Governing laws
The laws of India govern this Agreement. All disputes are subject, firstly, to discussions in good faith, and then to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Strataegic. The venue of arbitration will be Bangalore.
J. Term and Termination
This Agreement is valid for a continuous period unless I terminate it by closing my investment account or Strataegic closes my investment account for non-compliance with this Agreement or any applicable laws.
K. Effects of Termination
Strataegic will continue to securely maintain a record of my personal information and my financial transactions to fulfill regulatory obligations. Strataegic will provide me details of the AMCs in whose mutual fund units I am invested in and will fulfill my redemption/transfer requests, if required.
L. SEBI Caution
Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme-related documents carefully. I understand that the past results of a mutual fund are not a guarantee to its future performance.
* Offer Documents: Collective term for Offer Document, Scheme Information Document, Statement of Additional Information, Key Information Memorandum, issued by the Asset Management Company that manages the mutual fund.
